Sanatorium of Dreux

The sanatorium of Dreux is a well known place in the urbex world. Indeed, its size, its relative isolation and its ease of access made it an approprate playground for all of kind of getaway.
Since the place is quite famous and very empty, it is very tough to find interesting point of views. Even more if you want to take unseen pictures. Hopefully, we were lucky the day of our visit : it snowed few days earlier, covering the place with a white mantle.
The atmosphere was unreal. The sanatorium seems to come out straight from a post-apocalyptic movie where life would be rare and delicate… I hope that for the lack of original pictures, the poetry of the moment is well appreciable on my photographies.
