Thermal power station

The thermal power plant is located in the heart of the city and is one of the last remaining parts of an old building complex that has almost completely disappeared. Behind its façade lies a vast room similar to an industrial cathedral, where the generators remain silent witnesses to the plant’s former activity.

The building is in poor condition, with broken windows, rusted metal, colorful graffiti, and ivy climbing into the hall. Yet, despite its modest appearance, the plant remains photogenic and exudes a unique power. Light streams through the many windows, enveloping the machines and highlighting the worn textures of the walls and structures.

Our exploration took place in a calm, almost studious atmosphere. We were able to explore every corner, change our vantage points, and capture the fragile yet vibrant memory of this industrial site.
