Coutin’s carpentry

I have to admit, I thought I would find a lot more when I explored the Coutin carpentry workshop.
Indeed, the site is made of several buildings and the kind of metal dome, quite photogenic I admit, that you see outside might lead you to think that there are still some machines left.
Turns out there aren’t… Nevertheless, as the site is rather large, there are plenty of interesting viewpoints. In the end, it feels like several different little visits.
The light we had that day also added a lot to the atmosphere of the different buildings. I particularly liked the way the sun’s rays penetrated the warehouses, illuminating the last remaining objects and the graffiti painted on the walls.
I have designed this series of photos so that you too can move from one room to another, from one atmosphere to another… I hope you like it.
