When I was young, we used to go in vacations in family by car. We would take the road to the South of France. At this time, the road we took was still used by a lot of trucks carrying goods all across Europe.
Quite a lot of transport cafés were more or less regularly located along the side of the road.
We used to pass ahead this one. The parking, that was excessively big regarding the size of the building, was always full of trucks. But one day, a fast-food had been built on it and the light was turned off.
Since then, I had to explore the place, to see how this ghost from my past looked.
It was sadly empty and the light of the sun was timidly going in through the broken windows. The last vestiges of a dream were vanishing…
