The red heart care home is clearly not the biggest place I have explored, nor the most impressive. It is true that in urbex you always want to discover huge places with special attributes, like the palm tree’s care home for instance. Nevertheless, I really appreciate the atmosphere of smaller places, like the red heart care home.
For a start, because they are small, they are more confidential and it is harder to find photos or information about them in advance. So, when you start the exploration, it is a total surprise.
In fact, they retain a certain aura of mystery. For example, what was that motorcycle doing in the garage?
Last but not least, they usually contain a wealth of items to let your mind wander, imagining life as it was in the building.
I leave you now to search for the clues and get an idea of what life was like in this EHPAD.
