This is not the first time I have visited a place several times. However, the palm tree’s care home is the first place to have a second album on my site.
There are several reasons for this. The first is easy to understand: there are several years between the two albums, and the place has changed a lot in between: graffiti on the walls, boarded-up windows, (very) degraded furniture…
In a way, I completely rediscovered the building. It was almost a new exploration!
Then, I took the liberty of visiting and photographing a part of the place that I hadn’t reached on my first visits: the roof!
While in many places, the roof only offers a view of the surroundings, here, with the immense glass roof, it offers a completely different view on the building.
Although I am a little sad to see the direction in which the palm tree’s care home is moving, I have to admit that this visit was just as intense as the first!
